The key feature of the cottage is the 65” TV with 5 point surround sound, satellite TV, Blu-Ray player, and luxurious leather sofas so that you can hole-up for days if you like and watch all your favourite films with full cinema effects.

There is a wood-burning stove in the living / dining area and central heating throughout with all radiators having individually controlled thermostats so you can adjust the temperature to your individual level of comfort.

Other features include free ultrafast wifi, dishwasher, large ensuite rain power shower, access to owner’s patio and private walled garden. Bedlinen and towels are provided, as is a welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar and other basic items.

The cottage is located across the road from the local pub, the Pilgrim which is listed in the Michelin Guide and was runner up in Best Pub in Buckinghamshire for its excellent restaurant and bar meals, local free ales and excellent warm atmosphere. North Marston also benefits from a community shop which offers convenient opening hours and is within easy walking distance of the cottage. With a good pub and community shop in the village, meals are easily catered for.

Manor Farm Stables is a no smoking establishment and we are afraid that we cannot accept pets.

Manor Farm Stables is a converted stables  on one floor next to a 16th century farmhouse

We are situated in the quiet village of North Marston in the Aylesbury Vale between Aylesbury and Buckingham. It is warm, cosy and has been furnished to a high standard.

The cottage accommodates two to four people and consists of a living/ dining room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with access to laundry facilities and garden.

All rooms have exposed beams.
